Scene monitoring has become an essential way of video collection in the information age,and it has developed many forms.It is difficult to check the video only by manual method,and difficult to meet the demand of video data audit with the current explosive growth.Therefore,the video summarization technology which can automatically handle video content has aroused great concern.In the large scene monitoring,the traditional video summarization technology always has the problems of blurred target information,poor effectiveness and high delay.Based on the above problems and combined with the characteristics of dual cameras,a dual camera real-time video summarization system is proposed.The dual camera real-time video summary system proposed in this paper uses two different cameras.The base of the two different cameras working together is that two cameras have a unified reference coordinate system.This paper studies the calibration method based on the dual camera calibration of Professor Zhang Zhengyou.This method makes the two cameras have a unified reference coordinate system.According to the reference coordinates of the two cameras,the target is positioned at the same time in two cameras,so that the target in one phase machine can be tracked synchronously in another camera.With the result of calibration,the camera is fixed above the monitoring area as the scene monitoring camera with the general one,and the target is detected in real time by the hybrid Gauss background modeling algorithm based on space constraints in the scene,and the improved Camshift algorithm is used to track the detected target in real time.In view of the multiple targets in the large scene,the appropriate control strategy is made to realize the operation of identifying each target in the scene,describe the track,estimating speed,locating priority area,prioritizing and so on.Each target in the scene can be collected effectively.The camera can be used as the target capture camera through the design of the control module of the PTZ camera,and the two cameras can work together in real time with the control strategy.The scene monitoring camera can detectt and track the information of the target in the scene,and the target capture camera to get the highdefinition information of the target.Finally,the video information collected by the fixed camera and the high definition information collected by the PTZ camera are integrated to generate a variety of video summaries including the target video,the trajectory,the high definition image and so on.
