In the field of aviation survey, the untouchable survey of the moving object's parameters is very important, currently, it uses the ways of video measurement deformation (VMD), the technology of video measurement is used to confirm the relationship of 3D space coordinate and 2D image coordinate, calibrating the camera exactly and getting the parameters of the camera is the pre-determinate condition. Base on the background of the measurement deformation of the aerofoil, we go deep into the research to the camera calibration mostly, and make analysis to the ways of the tracking based to the optical flow.At first, we research and summarize the theory of camera calibration, and we propose an optimization method of camera calibration that can reduce the correlation between exterior and interior orientation parameters, which is based on the ways of classic camera calibration and our special research background. We calibrate the camera parameters through the experimentation, and re-project the targets to the image based on the result. Finally, we confirm the efficiency and exactness of our method through comparing the re-projection targets to the origins. On the other hand, we also research the ways of object tracking based on the optical flow. At first, we summarize the conception of the optical flow and equations based on the obligation of optical flow, and produce several ways of optical flow computing. The way of Lucas-Kanade is used when we track the object, at last, we validate this method through possessed experiment to show that the method adapt to the measurement deformation of the aerofoil.
