Tourism is one of the fastest growingindustry;accounting for more than one-third of the total global services trade.This implies that,tourism is one of the richest industries all over the World.Many countries' economy depend on tourism.It contributesfor a high level of employment and government income[1].Severaltourist attractionsare unknown to worlddue to lack of information coordination and centralization.Tourists areunawareof these services or industries due to the barrier in information delivery.Customersspend most of their time lookingfor tourist attractions and agents in the internet,brochures and embassies,but they miss some of these services provided in other remote areas.The integration of ICT in the tourism industry is essential for success of tourism enterprise.There is a clear need for an ICT facilitywhich will help customers to spend less time searching andrather concentrate onservices,activities or locations of their interest[2].With the advancement of mobiletechnology,the suggestedsystem requires availability,efficiency and simplicity.This project utilizes the ICT technology to develop an information-coordinating,centralized and networked system which will centralize tourist information and publicize tourist attractions and services available in a region(study case: Tanzania).This system will facilitate provisioninformation to services,locations addresses,names,activities and events that are provided in all these tourist places.
