As a result of on-going developments of digital informatization,computational application has brought significant evolution to the industries of architecture and construction.The author of this article had been working on architectural-related software development for years and knows well that computer programming has become a necessity for the construction industry.As it is widely known,risks exist throughout the whole process of building projects.It is quite self-evident that if insufficient risk analysis is done,especially for large scale projects that extend over a long period of time,it will result in unanticipated sizable monetary losses.Therefore,the use of a rational form of computing technology is vital in effectively calculating and estimating the risk ratio related to these construction projects.With regards to this system,it was researched and developed based on the specifications from a foreign architectural company.It utilizes a specific way of dividing a project into different phases,therefore calculating their risk expenses based on the respective material costs and possible inflation.For specific Bills of Quantity(BoQ)of which risk expenses need to be evaluated,the system will finish the calculation with risk process management and risk probability distribution method.The introduction of this article begins with a background of the choices necessary when designing a risk analysis system along with an introduction of the necessary contents and their significances.This introduction then ends with a brief overview of the various sections in the article.The second chapter then introduces prior systems of risk analysis before explaining its decision for the main software development architecture.The chapter also explains the associated key development technicalities such as AngularJS 4.0,ASP.NET MVC 5 and Entity Framework.Chapter 3 introduces the potentiality system in addition to required analytical situation.In the fourth chapter,the article then goes on to highlight the main principle behind the system's overall design and focuses on the its two core algorithms which analyze the risk of material cost inflation as well as the probability distribution risk.In the fifth chapter,it describes the value of such a system as well as introduces the results of its system tests.Chapter 6 then concludes with summaries of the risk analysis system and as well as a proposal of further improvements to the system.The main goal of this system is to reduce the cost and increase the accuracy of cost estimation with the two methods mentioned above so as to guarantee construction projects can be operated more quickly and smoothly.In such a way,the system improves application value of information management in the practices of the construction industry.
