Nowadays,the food security in our country is in severe situation and facing challenges from many aspects,insecure elements lie underneath the whole process of food production and distribution,severe food security accidents happen constantly.In order to provide a reassuring market environment,it's necessary to secure its source.Building a long-term food security mechanism,strengthening the food security management system,establishing a food security supervising network have become the top priority to solve the current food security issues.To build a gridded comprehensive city-wide food security management program which is overall planed and managed by the city food security resources and eventually achieves the one specialist per grid goal.Based on the dividing ideology of grid unit administration method,we can divide the complicated and massive entity into grid units,making it easy to manage the subjects inside the grid unit and also maintaining close connections between each grid.The advantage of this program is to drastically improve the efficiency of the utilization of resources and avoid redundant construction,which presents great socioeconomic benefits.From the technical angle,this project uses B/S structure,java as its web service,Oracle as its database and WeChat for mobile application.From the angle of construction goal,the content of the construction includes: one database(basic database),one platform(gridded management comprehensive program),and two systems(main system and auxiliary system).The basic database can realize the data support for reporting,handling,statistics analyzing,emergency managing etc.The gridded management comprehensive platform mainly applies on system management,user management,data collection,inside announcement,grid information reporting and handling,and provides efficient supervision towards every sector of the food to ensure food security.The auxiliary system supports the main system which mainly provides food security information,direction of public opinions,weak spot of food security,problematic company exposure,basic geographical support etc.This thesis mainly introduces the background of the development,the functions to achieve,the technical methods,the system structure and the partial test for the later period of the project,and emphasized on the development methodology,main function modules,technical difficulties,and solutions.
