It uses Jbuilder 9 as central development environment, uses Oracle 9 as database server, uses JSP/Servlet, JavaBean and EJB technology as central Development ways. It uses three layer constructions: user interface, business logic management and data storage. The seven modules which the system needed is determinate, and every module's function is particular discussed. For the illegal traffic, traffic accidents, the writer analyses its particular demand, draws the sketch map of date flowing, designs the database which the system needed. It uses the DBConnectionPool in the database package design. The writer also particular explains the primary module's design and realization, as well as the other function.The system uses network system of management in the computers in base of controlling the information of illegal traffic, traffic accidents, the drivers and motorcycles. That system can control and deal with the illegal traffic behavior in another place. It is convenient for people. The system can analyze the time, place, style, motorcycle and drive of illegal traffic and traffic accident. It can supply facts and evidences for manager in analyzing and deciding.
