Semiconductor lasers are widely used in 3D printing because of their small size,simple debugging,high efficiency and low cost.However,due to the structure of the semiconductor lasers,the divergence angle of the beam is different in the direction of the fast and slow axis,the energy distribution is not uniform,the energy density is low and the beam quality is poor,which limits the application effect of the semiconductor laser.For the semiconductor laser,the method of beam shaping can effectively improve the beam quality,but it is difficult to assemble the lens due to the fact that there are many pieces of the lens.For this problem,this paper aims to improve the beam quality of the semiconductor laser by using the new lens structure design.Using aspheric column lens to collimate the fast axis beam,spherical lens to collimate the slow axis beam,double aspherical lens compress light spot size to shape the free space beam.And the application of the 405 nm semiconductor laser is illustrated in three beam printing and single beam printing,and the printing experiment is carried out under the single-beam printing system.The contents of this paper are as follows,First,beam shaping of semiconductor lasers.Combining the beam propagation characteristics in the physical optics with the characteristics of the beam of the semiconductor laser,the distance between the incident surface of the lens and the light source and the optimal distance are analyzed from the fast axis and the slow axis direction respectively.Using aspheric column lens to collimate the fast axis beam,spherical lens to collimate the slow axis beam,double aspherical lens compress light spot size.Using ZEMAX simulation software to simulate and analyze,half angle of divergence speed shaft were 20.862 mrad and 26.307 mrad.Second,the application of 3D printing in 405 nm semiconductor lasers is studied.And using single-beam system to do printing experiment.The three-beam 3D printing system is studied theoretically and the control method of the three-beam 3D printing system is innovatively designed.Design a several signals input multiple output control system in single-beam 3D printing system.
