The Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Students' Practice Training In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of information technology,All industries are accelerating the reformation of transformation and information construction.At the same time,enterprise requirements for college graduates have also been improved.Different from the past,enterprises pay more attention to not only theoretical basis but alsohands-on ability and actual combat experience.For higher vocational colleges,cultivating the practical personnel to meet the social development is almost the purpose of the school running.Internship and practical training is the key to accomplish the goal of personnel training.Through internship and practical training,Students can change the theoretical knowledge into practical experience,improve their business ability,and lay a solid foundation for future study and employment.However,the previous internship practice mostly in campus or into the factory led by the teachers,all aspects of training to students are in control by led teachers.In this mode,on the one hand students and teachers feel very tired,on the other hand the students' internship effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a practical training management system for controllingall aspects of students' practice and training.This paper embarks from higher vocational colleges,uses object-oriented development method to complete the system development.The system adopts B/S architecture,uses MySQL database to store the data.the server uses the popularcombination framework struts2+Spring+Hibernate,the client using JQuery to render interface.The system uses three layer architectures to implement the separation of business logic,system control and performance.Which makes the system structure more clear,the coupling between modules is reduced.At the same time,it is conducive to the system maintenance and extension.In addition,the system set up different roles respectively to operate and maintain the system,which ensures the security of the system to a large extent.The use of the systemcan improve the efficiency of management and training quality,simplify the processing and storage of information.Which is conducive tochange the current situation of practice,make closer together among schools,businesses,students.At the same time is good for schools and teachers to master the progress and effect of students' practice,and it is playing an import role on school personnel training and students' competition ability.
