Research On The OXML-based Document Intelligent Processing

Currently,there is an increasing documentation demand for people.Therefore how to collect and process documentation with intelligence attracts wide attention.The tool provided by Microsoft Office Word can satisfy most daily requirements for documentation,such as create new document,modify content and adjust format.However,when it comes to process batches of large-scale document with same format like students' thesis,conference paper and magazine paper,Microsoft Office Word tool is insufficient.When dealing with large-scale documentation with same requirements of format it demands a great amount of time and resources from documentation writers,editors and reviewers,which wastes a lot of effort.After analyzing papers from domestic and foreign countries,we found that there are many researches in processing Word documentation intelligently field.These researchers and their users have already done many meaningful explorations in this area.Most researches are limited to automatically generating and modifying single document.But they are short of researches for batch document formatting and normalization.Therefore,it is valuable to develop a user friendly and convenient tool to modify batches document.In this paper,we apply OXML(ECMA Office Open XML)format specifications.The scope of this paper is aiming Microsoft Word 2007 document or later.The research focuses of our work for processing document are creation,modification,formatting and other functions.In this paper we develop a new intelligent documents processing tool,which can apply to batches of document with fixed format.The input of the tool is a module document,which can process batches documents with fixed format.The background running process of the tool is several operations among source documents and module document.The output is the after processed documents.In this paper,we will perform a sufficient requirements analysis and system design of OXML based documentation intelligent processing system.Afterwards,we conduct development,test and verification of validity and feasibility of the system.
