Construction And Application Research Of Sinopec Upstream Management Platform

Sinopec upstream research projects is long,complex business segments.Each of the project has a large number of relevant data and documents which are the important technical support for the scientific and technological innovation and the development of enterprises in China.Therefore there is a need to establish a core,functional project which cover scientific and technological contents and achievements to achieve unified management and provide technical support for the whole process management of project of science and technology.Due to the complexity of scientific research management,system construction and application is gradually。 Along with the in-depth application,user’s demand will gradually change.So it is necessary to study the related key technology research to extend the flexibility of application system.So as to establish a set of application software which conform to the characteristics of petrochemical research.Based on the characteristics of scientific research business in China,this paper uses the RUP to establish a standard and unified system business model,which can be used as a basis for expansion when the system needs would be changed or extended.The total line of research is as followed :Firstly,detailed analyze business needs,then decompose various business sectors,establish appropriate business processes and the sub-processes,implement the contents of each processes of jobs,data,etc…form system of traffic flow and data flow.According to the characteristics of business applications,we use a conventional three-tier architecture.We discussed the design for each stratification on the basis of flexibility and scalability to ensure that the system is not too complex architecture-level to avoid performance.At the same time,the contents of data access,business logic,and so on are described.The key technology of large files in the complicated network environment,multi-threaded HTTP,Web cache system are discussed.Finally,the main functions of the system are introduced.In this paper,through the design and research of business analysis,the system architecture,key technology on the upper reaches of Sinopec science and technology management system,the initial realization of a sustainable expansion of the scientific research management system is achieved,which meets the needs of system development.The system has already been applied in the upper reaches of Sinopec science and technology management,which becomes daily management related business platform.
