With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the continuous improvement of human cost,the factory is in urgent need of a kind of intelligent and efficient products instead of human labor.AGV has been widely used in practical production,because it owns the advantages of flexible operation,easy operation,intelligent and high efficiency.Based on the actual needs of enterprises,this paper analyzed the functional requirements of AGV and monitoring software,and designed and developed an AGV and AGV management monitoring and scheduling software.The main contents of the research include the following aspects:(1)An overview of the AGV system.The working principle of several common motors was introduced.The permanent magnet synchronous motor was selected as the power mechanism of AGV.A detailed analysis of various guidance methods and car body structure was carried out,selecting the magnetic navigation as the AGV guide,selecting the differential drive as the AGV driver.Finally,the overall design scheme of the vehicle system was proposed.(2)According to the analysis of the functional requirements of the AGV car,the technical indicators were clarified.The hardware structures of the upper and the lower terminals were introduced respectively.The hardware circuit of each module of AGV vehicle-mounted system was designed and the corresponding hardware was selected and briefly introduced.Finally,the AGV vehicle controller was developed.(3)According to the requirement analysis of AGV management monitoring and scheduling software,the overall architecture of the software system was designed.The C# language was used as the development language,SQL Server was the system database,and the program of each sub module was completed on the VS2015 operating platform.Finally,the design and implementation of the software were completed.(4)The magnetic navigation AGV vehicle was developed,the communication protocol standard of the monitoring management system was formulated,and the communication between the computer and the multiple AGV was realized.The AGV trolley was tested,including the AGV human-computer interaction system test,the patrol ability test and the obstacle avoidance ability test.Finally,the AGV monitoring management and scheduling software were tested.The experimental results show that the designed AGV system has a perfect function and meets the needs of the enterprise.
