In order to solve the problem of automatic handling of factory goods,for the industrial production automation requirements.This paper designs a double-drive bidirectional AGV,based on RFID positioning technology,using magnetic guidance,and the working form is latent traction.The AGV can run smoothly along the route,realize autonomous obstacle avoidance,low-charge automatic charging,and can be awakened by a remote pager to perform tasks.The paper mainly carries out the following aspects:Firstly,the mechanical structure design is carried out,and the distribution of the wheel train is determined by the way of double rudder wheel plus four universal wheels.In order to make AGV suitable for different terrain,the innovative and unique damping structure is studied.In order to keep the AGV running smoothly and keep its posture elegant,the relative rotation structure between the steering wheel and the car is designed.The cam type design is adopted on the Tow bar lifting structure.The jog switch is used as the design method of the stroke switch.Secondly,the hardware design of vehicle controller is introduced.The main chip of the vehicle control board adopts STM32F407.Based on this main chip,the application peripheral circuit is built.In combination with mechanical structure and functional requirements,the research team selected appropriate external sensors and various functional hardware.Finally,specific experiments were conducted in the test shop to verify the rationality of software design and hardware design.In the experiment,the obtained raw data was analyzed and summarized,and the design was verified to meet the performance index.At the same time,the AGV was applied to the industrial scene of the Nike shoe factory's steamed bread handling,and it was successfully applied to the production line through the trouble-free automatic operation test.The RFID-based magnetic navigation latent AGV designed in this subject can accurately run along the specified line and effectively carry out the task of carrying materials.Thirdly,the software control system of AGV is designed.It mainly includes the programming of AGV car body control software and vehicle Weilun touch screen software.The paper mainly discusses the program design of functional modules,writes program flow charts,and analyzes program design ideas.The main sensor dataacquisition methods and data error processing methods in AGV tracking are analyzed.Finally,The test shop conducts specific experiments to verify the rationality of software design and hardware design.By applying AGV to the industrial scene of the Nike shoe factory's steamed bread handling,the trouble-free automatic running test shows that the AGV designed in this paper can accurately run along the specified line and effectively carry out the task of moving materials.In this paper,the shock absorbing buffer structure for driving the steering wheel,the on-board AGV control board based on STM32F407 as the main control chip and the magnetic navigation sensor are all completely developed and designed.
