Currently, a new research direction in the field of automated material handling and sorting is AGV automated guided vehicles, in the industrial production of flexible, high performance AGV control system roles assumed more and more attention by scholars. This article ZigBee based wireless communication network, with response time and operational stability of the AGV’s design requirements, design and implement a model built on the kinematics of AGV car remote control system.In this paper, the DC motor drive module, magnetic navigation sensor module, infrared obstacle detection module, wireless communication module hardware structure AGV remote control system. DC motors, geared motors and motor speed module motor drive module to achieve the AGV motion control system; magnetic navigation sensor module consists of eight linear Hall sensor and sites composed by the RFID tag constituted to realize the AGV path planning; infrared obstacle detection module implements the obstacle avoidance function car in an emergency situation, to ensure that the AGV vehicle while driving safety; in the paper, ZigBee module to achieve communication between the host computer system and lower computer system. In this paper, the problem of the traditional PID control strategy is discussed, and the necessity of designing fuzzy PID controller is demonstrated, and the fuzzy PID controller is designed according to the design rules. In addition, the paper has built hardware platform software architecture research AGV control car remote control system, the completion of the PC interface, serial communication and AGV motion control programming.Finally, a remote control for AGV system was tested, the test results show that when given a certain amount of AGV car positional deviation control system in a relatively short time to complete the repair work on the body of the car positional deviation, and the body maintained a good stability.
