Servo system is an important part of large radio tracking and measuring equipment.The tracking accuracy of servo system will directly affect the measurement results.With the development of science and technology,the modern aerospace measurement and control system put forward higher requirements for the tracking accuracy of servo tracking system.During the working period of a large radio measurement equipment,the pitch angle of a large number of the tracking target is often jitter,which leads to a serious decline in the quality of the received signal and even the loss of the target.In order to solve the above problems,the following research work is carried out:1.The antenna structure and servo system are analyzed.The mathematical model of the equipment elevation servo position loop,speed loop and current loop the loop,each link is established,based on the overall model of pitch servo system,and the whole system and the system of the model analysis.2.Discuss the servo system of common motor driver and gap eliminating method,pointed out the essence of anti backlash double motor driving method is to rely on two motor speed between the difference to eliminate the gap of double motor drive control method are analyzed and compared,the gap elimination method using actual equipment based on mathematical model.3.On the basis of detailed analysis of the jitter phenomenon and the mathematical model of the object,is proposed to suppress the oscillation phenomenon of the improved scheme,increase the differential feedback control in single loop and speed negative feedback control based on,based on the original design of small adjustments,while maintaining the original system overall the steady state characteristics,and can restrain the differential oscillation effect in fretting conditions.4.Focus on the design of the differential feedback circuit,and combined with the equipment to verify the improved scheme,with the adjustment of the speed loop PI parameters.The results show that the design scheme of the differential feedback control is reasonable and the equipment transformation is successful.
