The support of software application has become necessary in all kinds of industry in modern society. Software testing is essential in the quality assurance of software development process. It has become a leading thought to regard software testing as a process accompanied software development instead of a link that goes after it. The difference among software’s unique requirement and resource leads the focus on software trustworthiness and efficiency, and on how to make more effective software test process management.Considering the software complexity and diversity, this paper proposed a framework of software test process based on software target trustworthiness model. Software target trustworthiness is modelled to guide the following management of software testing. The problem of waste in resources and the test inaccuracy is solved by combining formal testing requirements analysis and other methods to achieve the rational use of testing resources and to lift the test efficiency.A software testing management program in which software and hardware are tested simultaneously is proposed with the characteristics of the combination between software and hardware in GRVM(General-Purpose Reconfigurable Virtual Machine).It is based on trustworthy software testing process framework. The program can guide software development works and improve the software quality with the help of testing the target hardware, analyzing the general used algorithm application, and concluding the merits and drawbacks of the hardware structure.An auto-testing aiming at the function of the compiler is also proposed based on the simulation environment. The results proved that the trustworthy software testing process is more effective and accurate that it promotes efficiency of 26.5% compared with the same process in RemusII compiler using the V-model.
