With the development and progress of social science and technology and in the process of urban modernization,the safety requirements for municipal facilities have gradually increased,especially for real-time monitoring of the loss of manhole cover,downhole gas concentration,water level height,etc.Due to the differences in different types of management units and the complication of jurisdiction,it is difficult to manage and repair manhole covers in time.Therefore,in order to promote intelligent municipal development and to ensure the safety of people's lives,designing a set of remote real-time monitoring system solutions to manage and configure the location and downhole information of manhole covers has become an urgent problem.Since the concept the Internet of Things was introduced in the 1990 s,it has become an indispensable part of people's social life and learning with the development of more than 20 years.based on the context of the Internet of Things,this system design achieves the information exchange between the underground monitoring terminals and the monitoring platform,through researching NB-IoT wireless communication technology that is vigorously promoted by the country.Monitoring terminals of this system is mainly responsible for collecting the inclination of manhole covers,downhole gas concentration,downhole water height,the latitude and longitude of the monitoring terminals and the voltage information of the battery supply through peripheral sensor devices,for using wireless communication NB-IoT technology to upload the above information to the monitoring platform on the basis of thecommunication protocol between the terminals and the platform,and for receiving the commands issued by the monitoring platform to implement the configuration of the terminals and to fundamentally realize the remote monitoring and management configuration functions of the system.And the design of the system monitoring platform is based on the B/S architecture of the Web system.It is convenient to check the monitoring platform at any time.The main function of the platform is to receive the uploaded message body sent by the monitoring terminals,to issue a configuration command to the target terminals,and to display matched terminal locations with the help of Baidu map API.Due to the large number of monitoring terminals,the platform uses Oracle database to save data for statistics,query,and modification.Through the joint test of the hardware terminals and the monitoring platform,the feasibility of the system is proved.Through the statistical analysis of abnormal alarms,it is possible to repair them in time and take preventive measures based on accident-prone time and location.
