The Design Of Remote Management And Monitoring Platform For Manhole Cover Based On LabWindows/CVI

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,urban facilities construction,such as power cable and pipeline buried in the underground,became more and more.The inspection wells to inspect and maintain it also constitute the manhole group that can be seen everywhere in this city.These covers belong to municipal,communications,gas,heat,electricity,traffic control and other industry sectors,so these are complex ownership and the management is difficult.Aiming at the problem that the wide distribution of manhole covers on the market and the various types of manhole covers,the manhole covers can not locate and repair the stolen manhole cover timely.The paper designs a remote management and monitoring platform for manhole cover that have a function of real-time monitoring and positioning and data storage analysis,to realize real-time monitoring and positioning of the manhole covers and the management of monitoring data,so as to solve the safety risks in time.Aiming at the characteristics of wide distribution and various types of manhole covers,the paper presents a first coding based on comprehensive information that regulates the information of location and type for all manhole covers,and makes a second anti interference design using hamming coding.Hamming coding can be detected the error-free in the process of transmission,reduce the bit error rate effectively and improve anti-jamming.Aiming at the problem of unable position and repair for manhole covers loss,the paper put forward the position monitoring for manhole cover based on Baidu map.It includes GIS map that add add the location of each manhole cover,and realize the matching of the manhole cover and the map,and the displaying of moving trajectory,and the setting of movement range for manhole cover,and the cross-border alarm.Aiming at the characteristics of the amount of manhole covers and the large amount of statistical information,the paper presents the management technology of monitoring data for the manhole covers.It can realize the storage and query andmaintenance and management of monitoring data for all manhole covers,and the statistics of alarm information for manhole cover,that analyze the area and time period of the frequent occurrence for the fault.The experimental results show that the platform can realize the function of real-time positioning and moving trajectory displaying for the manhole cover,and the alarming of the manhole cover does not occur within the setting range.The alarm is over the border,and the alarm light turns red.It can realize the storage and query of the monitoring data for the manhole covers,and make a analysis to statistical information to analyze the area and time period of the frequent occurrence for the fault,and then make staff stepping up inspections and troubleshooting,and reduce the risk of occurrence.
