Node technology,which directly determines the performance of the entire network,has a close relationship in upgrading and development of wireless sensor network.Wireless sensor network technology,which combines sensor technology,embedded computing technology,modern network and wireless communications technology.As a basic unit of wireless sensor networks,wireless sensor network nodes play a very important role in wireless sensor network system.The defect of traditional sensor nodes is:(1)Communication transmission distance is less than 100 meters,which is far from the actual use requirement;(2)If the energy is single and the battery life is short,if the power supply cannot be replaced in time in the wild environment;(3)the processor computing and processing power used by traditional nodes is very limited,which greatly limits the operation efficiency of the sensor network.(4)the peripheral equipment is not rich,and the only USB and JTAG interfaces on the peripheral devices of traditional nodes greatly limit the human computer interaction and the use of external network transmission.Based on the above four shortcomings,we are required to design a new type of node that can transmit long distances,powerful processors,and rich peripheral devices that can be integrated with WiFi networks.Based on the analysis of classic architecture of the existing sensor node,we designed a kind of wireless sensor network node in accordance with the requirements of our project.We adopted design of SOC combined with RF chip.the design is completed with many modules.Finally,With the CC2538 as the hardware control platform,The CC2592 is the main chip of the RF amplifier circuit,and a balun circuit that can achieve phase conversion and impedance matching is also added between the two to optimize the signal transmission design.In addition,the new nodes designed in comparison with traditional nodes have also added display modules with OLED as display screens,WiFi modules with ATK-ESP8266 as the core,SPI interfaces,dry batteries,and USB as power supply modules.Leave a common connector for other batteries.The design of the node transmission distance up to 2000 meters,to achieve the WiFi and wireless network transmission,increase the display to achieve human-computer interaction,and improve the peripheral interface circuit.Finally,in order to test performance of sensor node designed by us.We carried out seven tests,including the stability of the power supply voltage,the time sequence diagram of the memory SPI,the transmitting power of the node,the standing wave ratio of the barron circuit,the communication distance of the node,the sensor collection data,and the energy consumption of the node.And then analysed the seven test results.Test results showed that the design of the sensor node could meet the application requirements.However,due to the limitation of the actual production conditions,the node does not add the corresponding package.
