Conference Management System Based On Mobile Terminal

With the rapid popularization of mobile Internet and the rapid development of intelligent mobile devices,great changes have taken place in many industries,and the conference management system has also been greatly affected.Combined with the development of real technology,a conference management system based on mobile terminals is constructed to change the traditional conference management mode.This paper analyzes the application background of the current conference management system,analyzes the demand of the network conference system,and explains the implementation process of the system in detail.On this basis,developed a detailed system.The system uses MVC Design pattern.This pattern is build up with 2 parts which is server system and the custom system.The server system is response manage the meeting and transfer information.The custom has three major part,they are login verification module,chat room module,and the customer control module.The login verification module realizes the login of the system,the chat room module use as chat room for people in the meeting to communicate.Customer control module is responsible for responding to user login,exit the meeting and the server connection,disconnection and other operations Finally,the system running result will verify the functionality and performance of the system.At the end conclusion this essay and proposed follow-up work prospects.The test shows that this topic can complete the pre conceived conference management related matters.,it provides a simple and easy-to-use conference management tool for conference organizers and attendees,the development of the whole system has reached the expectation.
