This paper studies the influence of the uncertain factors which contained in the radar dynamic target scattering cross-section measurement system, to measurement data by introduced the uncertainty analysis method, and then we can give a reasonable explanation for the fluctuation and non-repetitive of the measurement data, some specific works in this article as follows:First, this paper has analyzed the uncertain factors which in the entire radar dynamic goal scattering cross-section measurement system, and the influence it's created;Second, this paper summarized the present uncertainty analysis in the radar dynamic goal survey application, and unifies own experience, simulates the dynamic measurement data using the simulation method, thus concrete application certain elements of certainty to dynamic measurement data influence;Third, the simulation goal posture and the goal vibration the goal dynamic measurement data change which created under the different posture path and calculate its uncertainty.According to this article's analysis and the research, we may affirm that the sensitivity of target pose and the target's random wobble is the major effect dynamic measurement data two elements of certainty, even is may decide the changing of dynamic measurement data in the certain circumstances.
