Practical Research On Virtual Reality Technology

The year 2016 is called virtual reality technology.As a new media technology,production and life of a virtual reality technology to bring infinite possibilities.On the other hand,our understanding of the virtual reality is not enough.The derivative of the social problems,academic and ethical questions need further study with the correct theory,promote and guide the further development of technology.Based on the virtual reality technology as the research object,this research studies the ways of cognition,practice form,practical value and the attributes of media,including media environment,media phenomenology,practice theory and epistemology.The virtual reality technique as the media practice and practice characteristics compared with traditional and comprehensive analysis.In the first part of the research,through the analysis of the relationship,process and result of virtual reality technology,we dig the breakthroughs of virtual reality technology to traditional practice activities and virtual practice activities,and put forward the cultural problems,social problems and ethical problems arising from virtual reality technology.In the second part,the core theory of media ecology as the framework and foundation.I made a detailed study of the virtual reality technology as the attributes and characteristics of the media,and analyses due to the rise of virtual reality technology is different from the traditional way of communication,dissemination of epistemology thinking bias and communication experience etc.Finally,it summarizes the rationality and value of virtual reality technology practice,and discusses the possible problems in the development of media technology.This research hopes to the phenomenon of media ecology and media from the perspective of the virtual reality technology to help us a more comprehensive understanding.Understanding of the virtual reality technology as the media role and impact on human society,thinking of the virtual reality technology problems.At the same time,it enriches the field of philosophy of science and technology in the field of media,and makes some help for the harmonious development of virtual reality technology.
