Research And Design Of Document Management System Of Primary Traffic Department

The current management of official documents in grassroots transportation departments mainly has such problems as inefficient circulation of official documents,lack of process supervision,irregular management of official documents,various systems and single functions.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed the transportation departments at the grass-roots level of document management system,the system is mainly to complete the transportation departments at the grass-roots level office and other affairs of the daily management,in order to improve the work efficiency.In order to allow efficient use of office automation,in this paper,the system is divided into five modules,namely,document management,public information management,collaborative work management,administrative affairs management and system management.Combining with the actual usage,specific combing post job responsibility of the whole process and each link,in does not affect the post program under the premise of as much as possible to make a single complete multiple operations,in addition in combination with the actual work needs,transport management process for the planning and design,the vehicle management standardization,can be to monitor vehicle status,put an end to private events.At the same time,due to the working flow of workers,they may be faced with business trips and other situations.In order to facilitate the staff of various departments to deal with the work in a timely manner,mobile terminal development was also carried out.In addition,the authenticity of the signature of the leader was involved,especially the electronic signature was encrypted to prevent tampering or theft.
