The abundance of ocean data not only promotes the rapid development of marine science and marine fishery production,but also brings forward effective organization of massive spatio-temporal data.The key to solve these problems is to study the methods of organization and analysis of massive spatio-temporal data.Using the geographic grid model based on Hadoop cloud platform can help us analyze and process massive marine environmental data.The existing geographic grid model theory and research status in the GIS field are summarized,and the organization and management of marine environmental data and the problems encountered are also analyzed.It lays a theoretical foundation for the design of marine fishery geographic grid model.The technology of cloud computing,such as Hadoop,Hive and HBase,is analyzed,which provide technical support for the organization and storage of marine fishery environment data based on grid model.For location-based fisheries management and forecasting and information services and other elements of the scenario of the marine environment,marine fisheries This paper presents a geographic grid model.Including grid design goals and principles,grid space benchmarks,grid partitioning and encoding rules,and grid indexing strategies,and based on the Java language WGS-84 coordinates and grid coding conversion algorithm;At the same time built on the Hadoop platform Integrate Hive and HBase cloud computing test environments.And using the big data warehouse tool Hive to analyze and process data,according to the advantages of HBase database,a spatial query retrieval strategy based on grid model for marine fishery environment data was designed.
