The application of computer technology in the field of test instruments and the increasing degree of automation of test instruments has been continuously improved.Test instrument systems have been gradually layered and evolved into a three-tier structure of the hardware layer,the driver layer,and the application layer.The bottom-up unidirectional design method of traditional test instruments can no longer meet the requirements for the rapid development of structural layered test instruments.Therefore,this dissertation proposes a parametric design method for functional constraints of test instruments based on the modularization and standardization of test instruments.This design method enables the development of test instruments to be performed in parallel at different levels,shortening the development cycle,and at the same time guaranteeing the hardware and software of the test instrument systems compatibility,its main research content is as follows:(1)The research on the overall scheme of the parametric design method for functional constraints of test instruments.In order to propose a parametric design method for functional constraints of test instruments,the standard design,hardware functions and parameter design of test instrument drive software were studied.And the realization of the platform software for the parametric design method of test instrument function constraints was conceived and the overall framework of the research method was developed.(2)Research on parametric design of function constraints of test instrument drive interface.Based on the IVI instrument standardization specification,the naming of the driver interface,the format of the transmission parameters,and the interface return value were parameterized.The parametric design model of the test instrument driver interface function constraint was set up,and the parameters of the test instrument driver interface design process were realized.(3)Research on parametric design of function constraints of test instrument hardware function.According to the different functions,the commonly used test instruments are classified,and the design of each type of hardware function and its· key parameters are extracted.And according to the test instrument classification and hardware function extraction results,a parametric design model of functional hardware was built to realize the parameterization of the test instrument hardware design process.(4)Designe the platform software of parametric design method for test instrument function constraints.Implement the design platform according to the requirements of the parameterization method and the characteristics of the interaction process of the test instrument design.This design platform includes the design platform's interface,resource library,constraint design document editor and parametric design model.The design platform uses Java programming language,Swing components,SQliste database technology and PDF editing technology of iText.This design platform provides a carrier for the research method of this paper.Finally,through the parametric design method of test instrument function constraints and its implementation platform software,a DAQ sample's drive interface and hardware function parameter design of the test instrument instance were carried out and generated the corresponding constraint design documents.According to the constraint design document,the module driver interface and hardware schematic were implemented.The validity of the parametric design method for test instrument constraints proposed in this paper was verified.
