LDPC code,as a good code that can approach the Shannon Limit,has been widely used in various communication standards in recent years.Short wave burst waveform is a burst information communication mode proposed by the short wave adaptive communication system protocols for automatic link establishment in 2007.It is a high speed and large capacity short wave communication system with good security and reliability.However,with the continuous development of modern information technology,short wave burst waveform has been unable to adapt to the increasingly complex battlefield communication environment,and various standards in short wave burst waveform need to be updated and revised.Under such a background,this paper studies the application of Non-Binary LDPC code in short wave burst waveform.During the research,an improved short wave burst waveform model based on Non-Binary LDPC code is proposed,winen grearty improves the on error rate performance of the communication system.The performance of the improved system is verified by MATLAB simulation analysis,and it is implemented by DSP.In this paper,the mathematical theories of non-binary code and LDPC code are introduced first.Then,the structure,encoding and decoding methods of Non-Binary LDPC codes are deduced,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of simulation platform.And according to the advantages of Non-Binary LDPC code and the shortage of the original short wave burst waveform,the scheme of applying Non-Binary LDPC code to short wave burst waveform is proposed.According to the actual situation of short wave burst waveform,the construction of Non-Binary LDPC code and the encoding and decoding algorithm is determined.Then with the help of MATLAB software,a link level simulation platform from coding to modulation is designed.In consideration of characteristic of Non-Binary LDPC decode algorithm,a new receive scheme of soft information extraction and transition,which reduces the information loss in the receiver.The simulation results show that the improved short wave burst waveform has better bit error rate performance,and at the same time,it brings only a small amount of computation.So the results provide it is an excellent improvement plan.Finally,the improved short wave burst waveform communication system is implemented by using the DSP platform,and the algorithm is optimized according to the characteristics of the DSP platform.
