With the rapid development of industrial automation,the current Pin insertion machine cannot meet the demand of modern large-scale,high quality and high efficiency in processing speed,quality and reliability.The development of better performance pin insertion machine is the inevitable trend of the development of electronic connector industry.With the improvement of the performance requirements of the pin insertion machine,such as improving the processing speed and ensuring the processing precision and quality,it is necessary to monitor the pin inserting process of the pin insertion machine.Through the collection of two parameters of the pressure and displacement of the pin inserting mechanism during the pin insertion machine,the pressure?displacement curve is drawn,and then the real-time collection curve is compared with the standard curve,to analyze the appearance of products during the pin inserting process.In view of the demand to monitor the quality of the products of the high-speed pin insertion machine,this thesis studies and designs a pressure-displacement monitoring system for the pin insertion machine.The main contents are as follows:firstly,the design requirement of the monitoring system of the high speed automatic pin insertion machine is analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the automatic pin insertion machine monitoring system is given.Secondly,the hardware is selected according to the overall design scheme.In the real-time measurement of pressure and displacement,the dynamic and quasi static measurement of pressure is focused on.In the design of CPU,because the system needs to complete real-time acquisition of high speed signals,the single processor is difficult to realize.Therefore,the system uses a dual ARM processor structure to complete the pressure and displacement signal acquisition,the function of the curve comparison and the communication with the host computer.Finally,the characteristics and application of the three curve comparison algorithms are analyzed,and the host computer software of the system is designed by using C#programming language.The system realizes the communication between upper and lower computers,real-time display of pressure-displacement curves,feedback of test results.
