As the most promising IoT technology in the world,Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)has drawn considerable attention from academia and industry.The industry chain has also continued to mature.At the meantime,it is an important and can not be neglected in the NB-IoT technology development to ensure the terminal to the network securely and defend against various threats such as eavesdropping,disguise,leakage,and unauthorized access.Therefore,the security protocol conformance test set for NB-IoT terminal are the main contents of this paper.It can not only guarantee the terminal complies with the international standards for security,but also help to provide a basis for the improvement of the NB-IoT security.This research topic is derived from the "New Generation of Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network" national science and technology major project "TD-LTE-Advanced Multi-mode Multi-frequency Terminal Protocol Conformance TTCN Test Set Development".It completes analysis,design,implementation and verification of the security protocol conformance test set for NB-IoT terminal.The research contents of this paper are mainly:(1)this paper introduces the network architecture and air interface protocol stack of NB-IoT system;organizes the three aspects of authentication and key agreement,security mode command,integrity protection and encryption in NB-IoT security mechanism;summarizes the basic method and overall process of the terminal protocol conformance testing based on Testing and Test Control Notation version 3(TTCN-3);and analyzes the current research status of NB-IoT terminal security protocol conformance testing.(2)According to the testing requirements of security mechanism,this paper proposes the overall design of NB-IoT terminal security protocol conformance test suite,and designs the specific testing procedures.(3)This paper presents the implementation procedure of NB-IoT terminal security protocol conformance test suite based on the third edition of TTCN-3 development tools.Based on the implementation procedure,the protocol layer test models,the message templates and common functions,and the specific testing procedures are completed in this paper.(4)The test codes of this paper are applied to the NB-IoT terminal protocol conformance testing platform.The results are analyzed to verify the rationality and feasibility of the test set.
