With the development of mobile Internet and the tri-networks integration,people are more willing to watch TV programs and on-demand programs through smartphones and smart TVs.Operation system,screen resolution and users interaction differ greatly between smartphones and smart TVs,the same function software needs to be developed separately for different platforms and has low development efficiency.In order to reduce the repetitive development and manage the video in multi-platform more efficiently,this paper designs and implements a multi-screen video content management system,which provides functions such as cataloging,auditing,recommending,publishing management,authority management and multi-screen display.The system according to the different user roles,assigns different video resource management authority.Utilize the cross-screen front-end technology,video resources will be released to the smartphones screen and smart TV screen at the same time,to achieve multi-screen display and cloud upgrade.Developed once,multiple platforms operation,publish and maintain more convenient.Video content management system for multi-screen,using the framework of SpringMVC and Mybatis to achieve the function of video content management,front-end development using HTML5,CSS3,front-end components and other technologies to achieve multi-screen display capabilities,in order to achieve real-time updates and fast parsing of page data,Ajax and JSON are used for data interaction between pages and servers.In this paper,various functions are tested in detail in terms of logic and fault tolerance.
