With the constant development of economy and society, the economic structure of our country has seen new changes. The cultural needs and tastes of the people are undergoing tremendous changes. The media industry in China has started to take a self-financing path of development, diversified its operations,or established a media group Become a television media business choice.Peter Drucker argues that the competition between enterprises in the 21st century is no longer the competition between products, but the competition in business mode, that is,the competition among the value chains.Only grasp the strategic links in the value chain, companies can gain a competitive advantage. After a brief rapid development,Hunan Television Broadcasting Group experienced the phenomenon of business loss.In the final analysis,it is blind to carry out diversification and lack of understanding of the value chain theory. The main reason for losing money is ignoring the core of the enterprise. In order to curb long-term corporate losses, companies realize that the value chain must be reconstructed. There are three ways to reconstruct the enterprise value chain of TV media:First, the vertical extension of specialization means "bigger and stronger"around the enterprise and core links.Second, the diversified horizontal development means that in addition to the core development,it will also expand its business to other industries to form a multi-point and multi-line value chain and change the single link into multiple links.Third, the coordination of the value of the network layout, the business is about all aspects of business connected to each other, complement each other, learn from each other to reduce business costs of a single part of the business.Based on this, this paper sorts out the value chain model and financial fluctuation of Hunan Broadcasting Corporation Media, and discusses the possible logical relationship between the two. This paper mainly consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction part. This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, literature review, research methods, article frameworks and research methods of value chain theory both at home and abroad,as well as possible innovations and shortcomings of the article. The second part is the theoretical explanation, focusing on the introduction of the value chain theory and TV media industry value chain theory, provide theoretical support for the following research. The third part introduces the basic mode of the value chain of TV media in China and the value chain characteristics and shortcomings of Hunan Broadcasting Corporation Media, and prepares for the reconstruction of the value chain behind. The fourth part is a case study, which focuses on the reconstruction of the value chain of Hunan Broadcasting Corporation Media.Based on the data from 1999 to 2016,it analyzes Hunan Electric Broadcasting Corporation how to reconstruct the value chain from three aspects. The fifth part is the successful place and enlightenment after the value chain reconstruction of the E-Media.The sixth part summarizes the whole article, sums up the basic way of reconstructing Hunan electro-optical media value chain, and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to reconstruct the value chain of TV media enterprises.Through the research of this paper,it is found that the value chain model of Hunan Dianjian Media is more and more reasonable in the reconstruction process, and the resource allocation among the various links is getting higher and higher. The diversified and specialized value chain model has a certain stability and rationality With the ever-changing economic environment, its stabilizing effect on TV media enterprises is also becoming more evident.
