Due to the characteristics of large volume, complicated geological conditions and harsh climatic conditions in the construction of high-filled loess project, simultaneous optimization in completion time and quality is very difficult.According to the special topography of loess hilly region,an improved Centroidal Capacity Constrained Power Diagram(CCCPD)generation algorithm is proposed, which can be applied to earthwork scheduling problem in high-filled loess project. And furthermore,a monitoring information management system based on GIS is designed and implemented which can be provided to support the monitoring information management of high-filling loess projectThe main works of this dissertation are as follows:1)Concept of optimal transportation, previous research status of earthwork allocation, classification and solving procedures of visualization problems are summarized.2)Aiming at the problem of earthwork scheduling in the special terrain of high-filled loess project,a scheduling modeling approach combined with the CCCPD is proposed to rapidly generate earthwork optimization schemes. To increase the convergence speed of existing CCCPD algorithm,a CCCPD algorithm is proposed which optimize all variables integrally,so as to quickly generate earthwork optimization scheme and save engineering cost.3)A monitoring information management system for high-filled loess project based on GIS is designed and implemented.Combined with monitoring data visualization and Digital Elevation Model(DEM),the spatial association of monitoring data and geological model is established, which can provide intuitive and accurate information service for construction engineers.
