As one of the main ways of freight transportation,the logistics industry is increasingly concerned.However our traditional freight enterprise present the current situation of"small scattered weak,logistics cost is high and supply of goods,source and options on the space distribution of relative imbalance,sources of information release in the rela-tively closed state.Along with the transformation and upgrading of traditional logistics enterprises and the Internet penetration,as the core of platform economic mode in the transport of goods of the logistics industry development rapidly,began in the United States Robinson company "car free carrier" model also begins to seep into the logistics industry,gradually become a new forms of logistics.The operation mode of the light as-set can reduce the cost,avoid the risk of heavy asset investment,and promote the healthy development of the economy.At present,with the release of supportive policies in many countries,no carrier has been declared legal status,and the "Internet + no-car"mode has also been given the opportunity to develop.Therefore,the development and use of the non vehicle carrier logistics information platform are well supported.Based on the project of tongling logistics information platform development analysis as the background of topics,choosing the keywords car free carrier,as a starting point in this paper,combined with the "Internet + logistics" model,the design and implementa-tion of the carrier platform without car is carried out.From the perspective of the whole supply chain,this paper proposes the innovative operation mode of the non-carrier-carrier platform and broadens the service scope of the carrier platform.This paper puts forward the logistics broker bidding mode,ensuring sufficient vehicle source and vehicle management,fair bidding mode,making the freight rate more reasonable and the bidding fairer.Through the game analysis between the main bodies of the freight platform,we can find the solution to the problem of the carrier.In this paper,the model and algorithm of the intelligent supply and demand matching of the no-car carrier are established,and the benefit maximization of the carrier-free carrier under multiple constraints is realized.On the operating condition of the vehicle,put forward the intel-ligent distribution route optimization and intelligent matching optimization of supply and demand,so as to increase the rate of car goods matching,to reduce the empty load-ing rate,promoting the utilization of truck.And the credit evaluation system is con-structed.In this paper,based on the Internet platform,in the realization of the logistics agent for orders or smart car goods match between supply and demand at the same time,can be beneficial to the condition of freight vehicles and goods in transit to implement tracking and truck positioning,real-time pursuit,in the process of freight can supervision of goods all the way,can grasp the truck running status,operation status,ensure goods from start loading to transport to the receiving party in the hands of the whole logistics visualization,transparent,so as to ensure the safe operation of truck and risk early warning.The non-car carrier logistics information platform studied in this paper can realize the transparency of all information resources such as logistics,information flow and capital flow in the platform.In this paper,we study the car free carrier of logistics information platform can not only integrate logistics resources effectively,improve PeiZaiLv,realize the entire supply chain information sharing and win-win interests of all parties con-cerned,and to a certain extent,improve the level of the logistics information,ensure the healthy development of China's road transport industry to get.
