With the development of modern society and science technology, eg. mechanical technique,hydraulic technique,electric technique, more and more advanced and high-integrity vehicle are made. Carrier-vehicle, as an important means of transportation in the iron and steel plant, is endued with higher requirement on function and service. On this condition, the project on the made of carrier-vehicle is created and developed. This paper designs the system in lift platform carrier-vehicle based on programmed logical control of Simens S7-300 and realizes some functions, eg. real-time monitor,calculation,storage.After systematical researching on PLC technology and analyzing its implementation advantage in carrier-vehicle lift platform system, this paper importantly analyzes the hardware design parts and the software design parts based on PLC, giving the connecting diagram about the hardware, port distribution list and program flow chart. Furthermore, this paper creates a compact and effective standardization, to achieve the self-adjustment to zero after carrier-vehicle operating in some time. After knobbing down the self-adjustment to zero, the PLC call self-adjusting function, to make the lift platform rising to top or falling to bottom. At the same time, the PLC can record the input value about sensor at top and bottom, to complete standardization.The carrier-vehicle lift platform system based on PLC has been implemented into real projects and good performance, and the customers are satisfied with it.
