Sausage Casing compression technology is a key of artificial collagen casing industry technology,high compression ratio of collagen casing in sausage tubular process plays a very important role.Casing compression on the basis of analyzing current domestic equipment automation degree is low,casing compression technology,artificial compression effect of collagen casing can't meet the needs of the food industry.Therefore,the development of a high degree of automation,high compression ratio and reliable performance,and adapting to different caliber of collagen casing compression equipment has the very vital significance.This paper designed and developed a new type of automatic production line,the device with PLC as the core,the use of advanced control theory,select the appropriate control strategy,in order to eliminate the technical difficulties in the process of artificial casings processing and equipment defects.First of all,the reference current compression casing production line at home and abroad and the existing compression technology,on the basis of system analysis was carried out on the compression casing production process and process,has carried on the overall design of casing production line,including the structure design and automatic control system design,made the casing and casing compression conveying control system design scheme of the control system of discharging;In this paper,the problem of control in the control system of the casing conveying control system was established,and the mathematical model of multi-motor synchronous control was established.Secondly,casing conveying control system,using the classic PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control compensation algorithm for multiple motor synchronous control are compared,and theoretical simulation and actual application synchronized control determine the control strategy;This paper analyzes the automatic control system design of the compressive casing production line and selects the hardware of the automatic control system.Again,in view of the casing to the difficulties in conveying control system,building simulation models of two kinds of control algorithm and simulation,determine its theoretically meet the actual demand.Finally,the automatic control system of the compressed casing production line is installed and debugged,and the actual verification of the synchronous control of multi-motoris carried out.The automatic control system can be used to determine the production line and automatic control systemThe quality of the compressed casing products has a lot to do with the synchronization of the casing.In the process of the whole equipment operation,more mature technology through the appropriate control technology to control casing conveyor length and speed,make the whole system works reliable operation flexibility.
