Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Social Knowledge Community

Along with the development of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the focus of the organization.It is a kind of unique and infinite resource,which is becoming one of the most important core competitiveness of enterprises.In the Web2.0 era of rapid development of the Internet,more and more enterprises hope that the social network is introduced to the enterprise management,and knowledge management as the enterprise most important core part,if can be perfectly combined with social networks,will be able to greatly improve the working efficiency of the enterprise knowledge management ability and employee,effectively promote individual explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge transformation for enterprise knowledge wealth for enterprises to achieve the effective development of knowledge resources and make full use of provides a way.Web2.0 technology to build a knowledge management and information sharing platform provides a very good condition,the use of blog,microblogging,labels,for the concept of enterprise social network of free and open,collaborative sharing provides effective way.This thesis analyzes the limitations of the traditional knowledge management,and presents the advantages of the combination of the knowledge community form and the concept of social network.The enterprise social knowledge community system is introduced in detail from requirement analysis to system design and implementation.The thesis presents the hierarchical architecture of the system,which uses JSP/FreeMarker to construct the interface page of the system and uses Spring to manage the way of accessing to the data.Meantime,with the consideration of the characteristics of the data in the knowledge management,a hybrid of MySQL and MongoDB is used as the database for the data storage.Based on the architecture design,the functional design is presented.The key modules such as social enterprise,knowledge management,knowledge searching and talents discovery are designed and implemented.Besides,the testing of the key modules from the aspect of the function and performance is introduced.At present,the system has been put into use and the practical application shows that within the enterprise,knowledge community can break the distinction between the various departments in the enterprise,make enterprise management more flat.This community can provide a platform for the staff of an enterprise to find the experts to communicate,find documentations to study and extend social relations as well as enhance the influence.
