With the introduction of Smart City and the rapid development of Internet of Things and Wireless Communication Technology,the development of Wireless Body Area Networks(WBAN)has become the trend of the times.However,WBAN is a Wireless Sensor Network based on human body,with strict resource constraints.When WBAN is used in telemedicine,medical sensors often need to be implanted in the human body and are difficult or unable to be replaced batteries;and because of the limited computing power of ordinary sensors,the traditional security programs such as cryptography-based security program and the authentication scheme based on multiple rounds of information interaction do not apply to medical sensors.In this paper,because the characteristics of wireless network resources strictly limited,the research work of this paper aims to accomplish the identity authentication of WBAN with less energy.Combining the characteristics of wireless communication channels and Physical Unclonable Function(PUF),the authentication scheme of WBAN is deeply studied.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.A wireless identity authentication scheme of WBAN based on wireless channel is proposed.Due to data sensitivity is different that collected from different sensors,the sensors protection mechanism is also different.The attacker can use this difference to remotely control the weak sensor to impersonate other sensors to send malicious information.For this kind of attack,the scheme establishes the corresponding feature model through the analysis of the characteristics of the wireless channel and proposes the security mechanism to detect the network Malicious attack.The scheme first considers the situation that the medical sensor is distributed on different sides of the body,uses the wireless channel characteristic to carry on the identity authentication first.Then,considering the sensor is distributed on the same side of the body,the challenge-response mechanism is introduced to complete the final identity authentication.The experimental results show that the scheme can effectively detect the fake attack in the network,realize the identity authentication of the sensor and reduce the energy consumption of the authentication,thus improving the performance of WBAN.2.A wireless identity authentication scheme of WBAN based on Physical Unclonable Function is proposed.Because hardware is unique in the manufacturing process,each hardware is unique,even if the same design logic is used,the feature of the hardware is called a Physical Unclonable Function.This paper proposes a network model of "sensor-Control Unit(CU)" by introducing Physical Unclonable Function,and proposes an energy-saving and real-time sensor authentication protocol to realize the identity authentication of sensor and control unit(CU).In this paper,we study the energy consumption based on the identity authentication of the public key cryptosystem and the energy consumption of Internet of things equipment authentication protocol based on Physical Unclonable Function.The simulation results show that the protocol can reduce the energy consumption required for authentication and prolong the service life of the sensor battery when the network security is satisfied.3.Proposed an identity authentication scheme for WBAN based on Physical Unclonable Function.Considering the need for the exchange of information between medical sensors,the protocol establishes a"sensor-CU-sensor" communication model in which the two sensors that need to communicate obtain the shared key pair for both communication through the four authentication phases.The key pair allows the communication between the sensors to bypass CU and can be directly via the "sensor-sensor" mode.This paper proves that the scheme is safe and energy-saving,and can effectively complete the identity authentication and improve the security performance of WBAN.
