With the rapid development of sensor technology,computer technology and the communications technology,wireless body area network has attracted wide attention of the academics and business.However,because of the openness of network environment and the importance of human physiological parameters,wireless body area network is facing a great security threat.In this paper,we have researched on the encryption and authentication scheme between the nodes of the body area network from the perspective of safety requirement,whose details are as follows:(1)Because of the openness of network environment,the whole communication process is easily to get illegal attack.Thus,the relevant cryptographic technology should be adopted to ensure the security communication.WBAN hybrid encryption scheme based on ECC algorithm is put forward to combine with the advantages of symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption.Firstly,the symmetric key will be generated from the collected physiological information data.Secondly,using the symmetric key encrypt the collected physiological information data by symmetric encryption algorithm AES.Further,the symmetric key will be encrypted by using asymmetric encryption algorithm ECC.We have made further improvements on the basis of the original scheme to make full use of the advantages of the ECC algorithm.It separates the generated keys and then,encrypts by ECC.Then the encrypted key will be distributed after linear recombination,which can help combat the partial key exposure attack,and improve the security.At last,we do a performance simulation of the proposed scheme,and compared with other schemes,WBAN hybrid encryption scheme not only increases the security,but also greatly reduces the time of encryption and decryption.And this improved scheme offers a higher security level at the cost of increasing a small amount of time.(2)Because the WBAN's nodes is small and they are distributed in small ranges,considering the security,integrity and non-repudiation can be achieved through authentication.Online/Offline elliptic curve digital signature scheme is put forward based on its original signature.Offline signature will be operated before the signatures are certain,Online signature will be operated after the information and private key are decided.This scheme enables on-line stage to consume less source and off-line stage will carry out most data.Meanwhile,we makes a security analysis to prove the validity,anti-falsification,non-repudiation,avoided replay attack and lightweight of the scheme.Compared with ECDS's calculation,this scheme doesn't need the inverse operation,which shows the advantages of calculation.In summary,with more applications of WBAN,it's security will attract more attention.We uses the improved hybrid encryption algorithm to encrypt the physiological data and uses Online/Offline ECDS algorithm to make sure the identification,which is significant to the security of WBAN.
