At present,the safety of chemical production in China is serious as before,and safety in production is still the constant theme.According to the data,accidents caused by poor design were a quarter of the total accidents.So we should pay more attention to eliminate the danger of the system and improve the safety of the whole production process.Of course,later we can improve safety by upgrading the system.HAZOP is an effective method to help us to solve the problems.Through the analysis of the changes of important parameters and the possible deviations in operation,the reasons will be found,and effective measure will be take,the countermeasures are taken to eliminate the unsafe factors and improve the stability of the system.By HAZOP to find the deficiencies of DCS,improve it,using the SIS and other Physical Protection to risk reduction,and make the risk within a controllable range.On basis of the original Siemens DCS does not collide we add the Emerson's DeltaV SIS.Using in optical fiber communications make data exchange and collection.To a great extent,it improved the stability and reliability of the system,and made up the deficiency of the previously design.
