Traditional computer-aided SDG-HAZOP is a kind of qualitative analysis and reasoning method, which can ensure the completeness of the result, but it brought too much possibility which is hard to take place in reality, or whose harm can be ignored. As the result, the HAZOP analysis report could be very huge, which lost the real significance of safety analysis.In fact, the effect is different between various nodes in a SDG graph. But because the information of nodes and branches is ignored in traditional SDG-HAZOP, all of the consistent paths are treated as hazard-spreading paths, so that the result is always too numerous. For the reason above, a method by which the effect between head node and end node of each consistent path can be calculated should be found. According to the effect, all these paths could be ranked, so that those paths with weaker effect can be screened out from the result of HAZOP analysis.In order to solve this problem, a new kind of fuzzy reasoning method, which is practical and fast, has been offered in this paper, and it...
