With the development of information technology,the concept of "Internet plus traffic" gradually occupies a position in the hearts of each traffic management.In the new era of the development of science and technology,people pay more and more attention to the monitoring of urban rail transit,ground transportation,taxi in real time.Each administers in his own way,including rail transportation,ground transportation,taxi in the traditional management.Traffic management departments across the country are going to build urban passenger transport management system.At present,all the countries are studying the intelligence of public transport.The research of our country starts late.Similarly,China is also relatively backward in the public transportation operation.The main research techniques include vehicle GPS positioning technology,floating car data processing technology and data acquisition technology,etc..In the research of this system,the project team studies urban passenger transport management,including operation monitoring,analysis and decision-making,dispatching command,and collects data,builds database structure.After the completion of system development,project group test the system one by one using black box testing methods,so as to ensure the normal operation of the system.Through the design and development of the urban passenger transport management system,people can monitor the operation status of urban passenger transport and the dynamic situation of passengers.people can analyze the characteristics of the ground transportation,rail transit,taxi and so on.They can provide the support for the management department to master the real-time operation state of the urban passenger transport,and provide the basis for the development of urban passenger transport planning,transport capacity adjustment,management decision-making,etc..
