As one of the most widely used in the rapid prototyping manufacturing technology,fused deposition modeling has done a lot of research at home and abroad,but there are few researches on color 3D printer.At present,the fused deposition modeling(FDM)of silk of different colors can not be replaced automatically,The color of FDM 3D printing product is single,but many products in real life,such as portrait,toys,crafts and other hope can automatically replace the silk multicolor printing directly molded products.In this paper,based on the research of FDM color 3D printer,the overall design of the mechanical structure of the color 3D printer is put forward,and the automatic replacement device of the wire material is designed.The utility model relates to a splicing type print head,which is composed of a print head which is loaded with different colors of silk material and a movable nozzle fixing plate.The nozzle on the fixed plate four uniform cylindrical spiral spring is compressed to form an elastic locking positioning clamping space with the splicing type print head in the two part of the mosaic movement path to achieve the print head preset and print head,and then through the automatic replacement of mobile nozzle fixed plate with different color printing head stitching and detachment to achieve different color silk.FDM 3D printing technology for small and medium size parts of the printing process is easy to produce defects,through 3D software of a print model design,a set of double parameters on the print experiment and theoretical analysis,find out the cause of defects.In order to solve this problem,we design a new type of three cooling fan,and print the print again to verify the correctness of the design.For the static analysis and modal analysis of bearing parts of cylindrical helical spring key device to automatically replace the wire material using finite element analysis software,to ensure that the spring in the work process to meet the strength requirements and will not produce resonance,ensure the automatic replacement device of silk in the printing process running stable and reliable.Through the design and research of the automatic replacement system of 3D based on FDM technology,this paper solves the problem of the automatic replacement of different colors in the color 3D printing.By refueling test,silk and check the design with automatic replacement device of color 3D printing silk material automatic replacement requirements.
