With the development of national economy and the great need of energy consumption in large public building,how to collect effective public buildings energy consumption data,monitoring the public building energy consumption,saving energy measures scientifically and reasonably become a problem which hardly needs to be settled.In this paper,the developmental public building energy consumption monitoring system have the functions such as the energy consumption data acquisition,data communication,data display and analysis into an organic whole.Real-time collection is designed to master large enterprises or government agencies can use firsthand data,mining and energy saving potential customers.And the system can provide users with energy-saving reform suggestions,improve enterprise's energy with saving consciousness,and guide the enterprise active energy saving,energy saving service market,promote the rapid development of the company's business and energy saving.Thus,improving the operation of the large public building energy efficiency,especially electricity,heating,gas system operating efficiency,becomes the key to reduce energy consumption.1.For the purpose of the implementation of energy consumption monitoring system,this paper focus on the three step: the data terminal design,energy data communication and the software system functions design.Data collector is the physical core of the system,include data acquisition,processing,storage,remote transmission,configuration,exception handling functions;Based on XML format data streams,the data communication part adopted TCP/IP communication methods,and it completed the data center of communications and data collector has launched the process design of communication;For this system requirements,the modular design are employed in the four major function areas: data analysis and display,construction and equipment management,system configuration,system monitoring service.2.The designed software system,based on the J2 EE platform,adopted B/S structure and Java implementation code.The system's pages are completed in a WEB browser.The system includes a data center for the construction of basic information database,and classification of parts of the energy consumption of database,design and installation part of the database,meter part of the original numerical database.After data acquisition and data through the authentication,in XML data flow in to the data center,the thesis design of energy consumption monitoring system code instructions read the corresponding data according to user's task,logic on the basis of protocol data analysis,data processing,data upload download,energy consumption information showed statistical analysis services to the users.In the end,the paper showed all the software functions in our system,and through the performance and functional testing,we ensure the quality of the software system development.
