The aim of this thesis is to build an open system, which name is "Transport network fiber Management System". It provides rich functions, and runs with great efficiency. It also has a flexible structure, the data security and the simple operation. This system can adapt the development of future technology of transport. By using this system, we can effectivly manage fiber and fiber connection equipments, and realize the management and attemperaient of fiber.So, we can assure fiber dispatchers business workers to get the useful information from the system, and provide convincing information references for the development of fiber speciality.By this means, the managerment system increases the veracity and efficiency of routebuilding work.According to descriptions above, After carefully analyzing the demand, I design the software structure by using Client/Server framework, and on the base of it, I design the system database in order that the client programs more easily call the database server, and attend through the whole project life cycle. This work has great effect in building a support system of enterprise business development. In result, the thesis has practicable market and business value.
