With the rapid development of global economy and science and technology,the Internet as a new type of communication carrier also presents a rapid change,it not only provides a convenient channel for external communication,but also to a certain extent,enhance the.influence of external communication.In recent years,external communication has gradually become one of the important forces to promote economic growth and cultural development in the world,and economic and cultural factors in turn have a certain impact on the effectiveness of external transmission.This paper mainly studies the influence of cultural factors on China's external communication effect,which is of great significance to the rapid,safe and stable development of China's foreign communication.This paper chooses Hofstede's six dimensions of cultural research,six dimensions are:power distance,individualism and collectivism,masculine temperament and feminine temperament,uncertainty avoidance,long-term guidance and short-term guidance,while using Euclidean Spatial index to quantify it,measure the cultural distance between 24 target countries and China,and establish the evaluation system of China's external communication effect based on information circulation,cultural exchange,social interaction and national image recognition as the main indicators.24 target countries and China's external dissemination of the effect of quantitative assessment.On the basis of this,the internal relations of the two are described by gravitational model,typical correlation analysis and regression analysis.The cultural distance is significantly related to the effect of China's external communication.When it is a whole variable,it has a significant positive correlation with the effect of China's external communication.When it is used as a six dimension variable,the influence on the effect of China's external communication is dual,Distance and other dimensions have a positive impact,individualism and other dimensions have a negative impact;cultural distance on the different effects of different countries,China's external spread effect is susceptible to geographical distance,the impact of national GDP,but different cultural dimensions of external communication The effect of the effect is not very different,individualism dimension of China's external spread effect is greater than the distance of power and other dimensions of China's external spread effect.China's foreign communication business should tend to choose the distance with the Chinese culture away from the object country,based on the target audience to choose the output content,both in line with the target audience information needs,while highlighting the target country cultural elements,and meet the target country The audience should be introduced to promote the spread of relevant industrial policies,build a good external communication environment,relying on external communication to support the advantages of talent.
