Based on cloud-computing architecture, the overall platform adopted a hierarchical and modular design thought to achieve the separation between front end and back end and support a variety of display techniques such as Jsp and Html. This thesis firstly studied the background and significance, business process,business demandsand system use cases of the subject and designed and realized related functions of the system as a whole. The body of the thesis was the design of the system, including overall architecture, application deployment, structure of system functions and related techniques. By encoding, it realized related functions and finally conducted tests.This platform is targeted at global Chinese language fans. Based on technologies of the Internet and mobile Internet, it provides a comprehensive Chinese language teaching platform that integrates distance class, online teaching materials and learning exchanges into one. The platform could form effective communication and interaction between students and teachers and among students so as to provide well-rounded support and service for the promotion and communication of Chinese culture. Therefore, the construction of this platform is of great theoretical significance and social application value.
