With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, its advantages such as low cost, low energy consumption, green environmental protection, resource conservation and the full utilization of resources become increasingly prominent. The cloud computing technology is now being applied to all sectors of society.Cloud computing is the integration, unified management and scheduling of a large amount of storage, computation, application and cyber resources, so as to provide the service to the users according to their needs and give them new comfortable experience.Combined with the current scarcity and uneven distribution of educational resources in China, we hope to use the computing technology to solve these problems.Combined with the characteristics of the cloud, we unify our existing educational resources and distribute them according to users’ needs in order to achieve full utilization of resources, save cost and provide more comfortable application services for users.The thesis firstly studies and analysis the architecture design of currently mature cloud operating system, and then puts forward an architecture model of education cloud platform Desktop Services, which contains a detailed analysis of five main parts: the soft terminal for education cloud computing, the application service of cloud computing, the storage resources management system of cloud computing module and the remote application connection module. And then the author introduces separately the achievement of the cloud controller, the application release of education cloud, the scheduling of cloud computing application and education cloud storage module.The main workload of the thesis includes the research and analysis of one open-source cloud platform Eucalyptus architecture model and a commercial virtual desktop cloud platform named Nest cloud operating system. On this basis, the author puts forward a cloud platform architecture model which is suitable for educational resources virtualization and achieves the monitor module of cloud controller, application release module of education cloud computing, application scheduling module of education cloud and cloud storage module. Also the author participates in actual deployment of the project to the teaching in a primary school in Jiangsu province.The significance of this research is to present the suitable cloud services computing architecture for teaching on the basis of mature cloud platform architecture combined with the characteristics of education resources and apply it to school, which finally realize the integration of limited educational resources distributed to teachers and students according to their needs. It will be convenient for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning and let them free from the tedious operation work such as software downloading, installation, registration and updating, so that they can be more focused on teaching content itself. Users only need to use a simple soft terminal to access cloud platform, after which they can subscribe and use the resources within platform according to their needs. In addition, students can have access to teaching resources within cloud platform with an Internet connection, in order to achieve environmental protection and low carbon savings.
