Various how-to and overview documentation guides are commonly found specific to the software application or web product being documented by API writers. This documentation may be used by developers, testers, and also the end-users using the software application.Technical documentation has become important within such organizations as the basic and advanced level of information. Also, some decision makers in enterprise may choose technical products from those companies whose documentation systems are highly integrated. As the pioneer of software development,Microsoft has series of products and systems,so that it has a huge number of widespread development documents. While,it was clear that Microsoft needed to make a change and create a modern web experience for content, because the existing content infrastructure TechNet and MSDN both sites are built on a 10-15 year-old brittle codebase with an archaic publishing and deployment system that was never designed to run on the cloud. In this program,we want to develop a brand new experience based on content for Enterprise Mobility Documentation. We interviewed and surveyed hundreds of developers and IT Pros and sifted through user's website feedback over the years on UserVoice. Then we designed user interface of Docs under the guidance of user-centered design principle. In the future,as this platform matures with the help of user's feedback,we will migrate more of our documentation onto this experience. The new Docs website intended to deliver a friendly user experience to readers based on widely accepted design principles. In the meanwhile, the process of project development, integrated and reasonable design method, and design thinking for details, could be used in other user experience design projects for reference.
