With the personalized,small-volume,and flexible business becoming the mainstream of gravure printing equipment demand,The demand for gravure press product design is growing.However,In the process of its development,There are problems such as long design cycle,cumbersome optimization process,lack of finishing inheritance in design experience,and excessive dependence on experience in the assembly process.In order to improve the design efficiency of the gravure printing machine and verify the rationality of the assembly process of complex products,This paper developed an intelligent design system for gravure printing machine.For the system requirements,The rapid optimization method for the integration of product parts parametric design and finite element method function and the key technologies have been studied in depth,and the key methods based on the improved hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving complex product assembly sequence planning problems are analyzed.The main contents include:(1)Aiming at the problem of rapid optimization design of serialized products,The 3D model library of gravure printing machine prototype was established.On this basis,this paper uses the top-down design idea to carry out secondary development,using parametric design and finite element analysis.The combined method completes the rapid modeling of the series of parts of the gravure printing machine and the functional integration of the key part structure optimization design;(2)Aiming at the assembly sequence planning problem of complex products,a unified assembly performance evaluation index is established.Based on the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm,This paper propose an improved hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm for the assembly sequence planning of complex products.The assembly sequence of the lateral adjustment device assembly of the printing machine is solved,and the optimal sequence generation is realized,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified;(3)This paper developed an intelligent design system for gravure printing presses.The parametric 3D modeling was realized in SolidWorks environment by using VB6.0 development tool.Combined with SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis,the optimization design of key part structure parameters was realized.Completed application improved hybrid particle swarm optimization in complex product parts assembly planning problem.The gravure printing machine intelligent design system developed in this paper provides a solution for the rapid optimization design of serialized parts and computer-aided complex product assembly sequence planning.It has important theoretical significance and engineering application value for shortening the development cycle of the gravure printing machine series and the complicated product assembly sequence planning.
