With the rapid development of China's nuclear power technology,in order to make China's nuclear power into a world-class nuclear power brand,to promote China's third generations of nuclear power to the world,become China's nuclear power "going out" of the national business card.China has a complete intellectual property rights of third generations of nuclear power brand"Hualong One",however,if we want to output it to abroad,the problems of communication between the independent brand of nuclear power system and foreign different turbines must to be solved.In this paper,a communication protocol based on TCP/IP is designed and developed by using the communication between the proprietary brand DCS system HolliAS MACS6 and the Siemens SPPA-T2000 turbine control system.The following contents are completed:Based on the development of DCS and DEH at dometic and abroad,this paper summarizes the types of communication between DCS and turbine control system in domestic nuclear power plants and thermal power stations,and the topology of communication network.According to the characteristics of nuclear power engineering,a new protocol is developed and a new type communication mode,the first layer applying MODBUS TCP protocol to achieve control data transmission,the second layer based on TCP/IP protocol,the use of SOCKET development of a special time-tagged data receiving/sending application protocol to achieve data monitoring and time-tagged of the historical data transmission,innovation to solve the Modbus TCP protocol does not support the problem with time tag.Siemens SPPA-T2000 control system and domestic DCS Guangli nuclear HolliAS MACS6 communication problem was solved;Siemens SPPA-T2000 control system and domestic DCS HolliAS MACS6 communication problem was solved;Different DCS system transmission nearly ten thousand points of data,The problem of satisfying the real-time and reliability of the control system was solved.Network test steps and methods are given,and network protocols and data packets are analyzed methods using Wireshark software.The design and development of the XU communication protocol has been put into use in the subsequent nuclear power project.The results show that the design of DCS and DEH communication network system is stable,reliable,real-time,communication function is perfect,has good working characteristics.The design to meet the system reliability and real-time,to meet the requirements of nuclear power plant engineering diversity.For the future nuclear power plant DCS and turbine control system selection and communication design for valuable exploration,play a reference role.
