Temperature is one of the most common and basic parameters in the process of the industry, and any physical change and chemical change associate with the temperature. The temperature is generally about50%of all process parameters, and many industrial departments have to consider the effect of temperature on their system, so the temperature in the industrial production process is often used as the accused of quantity. Currently the temperature control system mostly adopts cable way, but it has problems of wiring complex, construction difficulty, maintenance inconvenience, high cost and inconvenience for secondary development, and so on. Besides, aerial cable can not be laid in the bad environment and some special occasions, so this limits the application of the cable control system. In recent years, along with the rapid development of the wireless communication, information sensor technology, computer technology and control theory of the increasingly mature, industrial wireless network control system has caused wide attention of academia and industry which appliys the wireless network control technology to the industrial field through information sensing devices and network to real-timely monitor and control various indicators, such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, rotational speed and so on. Industrial wireless network control system by using wireless network to replace the traditional cable transmission cables, has the incomparable advantage over wired control system, and has now become a global research hot spot.In this paper, the wireless network control technology is applied to resistance furnace temperature control device which is very common in industrial production process. In view of the controlled object in industrial field and monitoring devices being both more, a wireless distributed temperature control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed and developed instead of the single point of single point network control method. Using top-down design methodology, a distributed and hierarchical wireless network topology architecture is constructed in order to normatively design and manage the system control software and communication protocol; A kind of Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, combined with digital filter algorithm, achieves centralized management and decentralized control to the temperature of distributed, multiple and complex resistance furnaces. Its reliability, control precision and response speed can meet the requirements of industry. Problems of wiring complex, construction difficulty, maintenance inconvenience and high cost encountered in the cable distributed control system (DCS) are effectively solved, and it facilitates system for secondary extensions.
