| Pull method and equipment of plastic part extrusion larger size thin-wall radome,through study the pulling force of pull equipment,frication force from radome through pull equipment,and analysis the pulling force from geometry of pulling block.In order to make sure the thin-wall radome can be successful manufactory.Regards to pulling assistant method and device’s research report is less,also regards to acceptable thin-wall radome ’s research report is less.So it is very important to study on the related material selection,geometry and related force of pulling assistant method and equipment for thin-wall cavity radome.with significant distribution on thin-wall radome manufactory field.This study focus on the existing developed four large size thin-wall radomes.Through the communication technology fast development,radome cross section increased a lot,was 166mm×83mm,now 330mm×210mm,and wall thickness decreased a lot,was 2.5mm to 3.0mm,now 2.1 mm.This cause when we develop four new radomes with challenge on the pull system,which cannot successful pull the radome out of model.We tried to directly increases the pressure of the pulling system,still cannot successful even make radome with large deformation.So used the ANSYS software to simulate the traditional pulling block to calculate the pulling fore,the results show the current flat block cannot meet requirement.So we optimize the flat block to abnormal shape,used the ANSYS software to simulate the traditional pulling block to calculate the pulling fore,the results show the optimized block can meet requirement.We already make successful radomes and with acceptable dimensions.In parallel added position-limit mechanism to get the better position when abnormal shape block fit with radome,due to the abnormal shape block with 1mm clearance with radome,in order to package the radome,but the block system with rough position tolerance possible with risk on the engage.And also changed the block material to natural rubber which with better elasticity and frication,larger frication coefficient.These improvements can increase the pulling force.Through improve extruding machine pulling device,geometry of pulling rubber block and frication factory etc.make sure the normal extruding machine can successful manufactory the large size,closed type,cavity and thin wall radome. |
